Abstract:

In the face of the coal market fierce competition, the supply chain cost management has become an effective way to reduce the cost of coal enterprises. The article analyzes the research status of coal enterprise supply chain, analysis of the characteristics of the supply chain cost management in coal enterprises, build a coal enterprise supply chain cost management system from three dimensions, which is cost, operation, relationship, put forward corresponding methods which based on cost category on the supply chain cost control.
